The father bought his son a place in the club

The real story from the Czech third division, which was unearthed by local media.

Ústí nad Labem is the name of the club for which 22-year-old Martin Podhajski is expected to play at least 10 minutes this season. The guy in the photo is, to put it mildly, out of shape. And he only played football on a console... But he has a very wealthy father.

The man is ready to sponsor the club, but on one condition – his son must take to the field at least once. Absurd? The club president doesn't think so:

“He never played football, only FIFA. On the other hand, I did not see half a million crowns lying on the ground. If someone gives them to me, I’ll let anyone play.”
