Defender's transfer from Valencia

Arsenal announced on their official website the signing of a contract with 21-year-old central defender Cristian Mosquera. The Spanish footballer moved to the London club from Valencia. It is emphasized that the footballer signed a long-term employment contract.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Gunners paid €15 million for Mosquera's transfer plus bonuses.

Mosquera has been in the Valencia system since 2016. As part of the main team of the "bats", the defender took part in 90 matches in all tournaments, in which he scored one goal. According to information presented on the Transfermarkt portal, the market value of the footballer is €30 million.
