According to the source, the secretariat of the Italian Agency Commission initiated an investigation into the “old lady” after a series of invoices were discovered for transactions in which some agents who had no role in the players’ transfers were still paid a commission.

According to the prosecution, the agents took part in this scheme as secret intermediaries. Such agents are called Lippi, Giuffrida, Galli, Morabito, Fioravanti and Tinti.

It is emphasized that today, September 26, the deadline for agents to provide information proving their innocence expires. However, no decision on the case is expected to be made until 2025.
