The journalist spoke about Philadelphia's attitude towards James Harden after his visit to the camp
North American journalist and ESPN columnist Tim Bontemps spoke about the attitude of the Philadelphia 76ers management towards star point guard James Harden.
“The Sixers have been hopeful and optimistic over the last 48 hours that at some point this [James Harden] situation could be resolved,” Bontemps was quoted as saying by the NBACentral social media account.
Note that Harden did visit Philadelphia’s training camp and took part in a full training session. Moreover, a video was published on social networks where Harden and point guard De'Anthony Melton are working together. Note that Harden previously insisted on being traded to another team and did not appear at the Sixers’ media day. The player has a damaged relationship with the Sixers management.
The star guard has a particularly strong gripe with President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey. He previously called him a "liar."
In the last NBA playoffs, the 34-year-old basketball player took part in 11 matches, averaging 20.3 points, 8.3 assists and 6.2 rebounds with a total field goal percentage of 39.3, three-pointers - 37, 8.
